Workforce Compass uses artificial intelligence to analyze over 350 million profiles of job skills and live labor market information. The AI algorithms identify an individual's skills, recommend possible career paths, and create a personalized roadmap for each person to successfully guide them towards their career goals.
Workforce Snohomish (WFS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to bolster and reinforce Snohomish County's economic foundation by strengthening local business, supporting workers, and assisting unemployed residents in finding gainful employment.
