Workforce Snohomish (WFS), on behalf of the Future Workforce Alliance (FWA), Snohomish County's Local Workforce Development Board, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to deliver comprehensive Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I B Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth services. This consolidated procurement aims to select a single primary subrecipient to administer all three programs, with the option to engage a secondary subrecipient for Youth services expertise. The selected provider(s) will deliver high-quality, participant-centered services that achieve strong performance outcomes and support economic prosperity throughout Snohomish County.
