About Us
At Workforce Snohomish (WFS), we are invested in the power of work. We cultivate a strong regional economy by creating connections between job seekers, employers, and training providers.
To clarify what we do: We are not a staffing agency. Instead, we are a community-focused non-profit that serves as the designated fiscal agent for our local workforce development board. This means we manage and invest public and private funding into long-term community job training, education, and employment programs that help Snohomish County thrive.
To help us sustain and grow this vital impact, we are seeking a strategic, financially savvy leader to join our Board of Directors as Treasurer.
This is a volunteer position; no monetary compensation is provided.

As the Treasurer of the Board, you will be a key officer and a trusted advisor, overseeing the financial health and integrity of our organization. This is a high-impact volunteer role where your expertise will directly ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting while empowering WFS to achieve its mission effectively.

- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside diverse stakeholders.
