ELIGIBILITY
- ESL level 3 or higher
- Refugees, Asylees, Iraqi or Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV), SQ/SI parole holders, and non-U.S. citizens
- Afghanistan Humanitarian Parolees 7/2021 - 9/2023 & pending re-parole
- Ukraine Humanitarian Parolees 2/2022-9/2024 or until the end of their parole term/through a new parole period if applicable. In addition, their qualified family members
