Youth Maritime Career Exploration
An annual youth event introducing high school students to maritime careers through direct engagement with regional employers, hands-on learning, and industry exposure.
Hosted in partnership with SnoCo Connect and the Port of Everett, and generously supported by employer sponsors and volunteers.
Manufacturing Job Fair
A targeted hiring event connecting advanced manufacturing employers with job seekers ready to enter or advance within the industry through living wage career opportunities.
Hosted in partnership with the Machinists Institute and WorkSource.
Sky Valley Job Fair
An annual community-based hiring event supporting rural access to employment by connecting local employers and job seekers closer to home.
Employer of the Day
A recurring event connecting job seekers directly with employers that are actively hiring through focused, on-site engagement.

A recurring event connecting job seekers with local training providers to learn about available programs, career pathways, and next steps into high-demand industries.
