About WorkSource
In partnership with a network of countywide service providers as well as state and local partners, Workforce Snohomish (WFS) leads, directs and oversees the Snohomish County public WorkSource system as a part of the American One-Stop Job Center Network.
The WFS system provides effective workforce employment and training services to a wide variety of youth, adults, and businesses through interagency partnerships, leveraged resources, and the delivery of services through a network of geographically targeted one-stop locations. Services are free and can be accessed at any WorkSource location.
WorkSource Employment Services and Programs
WorkSource is part of the federally-funded American Job Center network throughout the nation that deliver employment, training, education, and business services free of charge.
For job seekers, WorkSource Centers provide access to:
Computers • Internet • Phones • Printers • Copiers
Programs provided through WorkSource for eligible individuals are:
Tuition Assistance • Support Services • Paid Internships • On-The-Job Training • Other Individualized Services
There is one WorkSource Resource Centers in Snohomish County (WorkSource Everett) as well as 23 Connection Sites. A Statewide list of WorkSource locations can be found at WorkSourceWA.com/locations.
Connection Sites are partnerships between WorkSource and existing community organizations, such as libraries and family centers, which allow the community organization to provide limited employment and job search assistance. Services provided at Connection Sites might include resources such as computer access and the availability of reference materials.

Serve Center
Staffed by veterans, the Serve Center is dedicated to helping veterans and their families with job search and support resources.
Youth focused resource located at WorkSource Everett
Snoco Connect (Youth)
Providing youth and young adults, from 14 – 24 years old, with services, including: high school completion programs, support services, and employment readiness instruction.

Business Engagement
The Business Engagement team can assist businesses in their targeted recruitment strategies such as applicant screening, hiring events, and resources to avoid lay-offs.
