Workforce Snohomish and WorkSource receive support from a US Department of Labor and US Department of Health and Human Services grant(s). Read more about this US DOL and HHS grant funding below.

In compliance with the Stevens Amendment, and Workforce Snohomish Policy 1230, applicable federal funding details for program year 2025 are provided as follows (Note: this includes carry forward funding from prior program years, as applicable).  

• The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $1,214,004 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-federal sources.
• The WIOA Dislocated Worker Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $1,463,935 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-federal sources.
• The WIOA Youth Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $1,187,897 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-federal sources.
• The Economic Security For All (ECSA) State is supported by the Washington State Economic Security Department as part of an award totaling $483,759 with 100% in state, local and/or non-federal sources. 
• The Refugee Professional Careers Initiative (RCPI) is supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as part of an award totaling $325,000 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-federal sources.
• The Financial Empowerment Financial Opportunity Center is supported by LISC as part of an award totaling $75,000 with $50,000 (67%) state, local, and/or non-federal sources.
• The Community Reinvestment Economic Development Program through the Community Reinvestment Fund is supported by the Washington State Economic Security Department as part of an award totaling $955,943 with 100% state, local, and/or non-federal sources.
