Workforce Snohomish was created in response to the Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) to address the comprehensive workforce development issues of Snohomish County, Washington - one of the fastest growing employment centers in North America. The primary focus of the Workforce Snohomish is to build a collaborative, world-class, results-oriented job training and employment system that supports the on-going economic vitality of the region. This effort brings together business, labor, education, community groups, elected officials, and the public sector to craft a blueprint for livable wages, employment growth, and an environment that enables business to thrive. Snohomish County is located in the Pacific Northwest, directly to the north of Seattle, Washington. It enjoys both economic vigor and a superb quality of life.
Workforce Snohomish is committed to hiring a diverse workforce and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
